  1.         Hello there... I hope you find this disk useful, now for a few notes
  2. about this disk and other stuff.....

  4.         Remember there are 8 other disks in this series, SPRINT DOCS DISK
  5. 1 & 2, and LSD docs disk 2 - 7. Contact us for copies!

  7.         LSD docs disk 8 was compiled by PARASITE, Thanx go to......
  8. All the people who typed in the original docs. I have tried to give
  9. full credit to the people who typed them in, but some I just haven't got a
  10. clue about, sorry if it was you but I didn't remove your name!. A few
  11. greets to those who sent me some docs for this disk; PAW, INDEX, and MONTY
  12. PYTHON.  A special thanx to SIDEWINDER for typing some docs in for this disk,
  13. keep up the good work, its nice to have someone else doing some typing for a
  14. change!

  16.         The menu was written by SHAGRATT for me while I was busy compiling
  17. a previous docs disk, many thanks go his way, and it's pretty damn good.
  18. Watch out for docs disk 9....
  19.  
  20.         i have typed in nearly 200k of docs for this disk, all were done at
  21. work (ET!), on an Olympus PC and ported via Dos2Dos.
  22.  
  23.         I would like to say a special thanx to Zenith and Gary for giving
  24. me the Amiga magazines the tips, solutions etc were taken from.   Cheers.

  26.         The docs where edited on PROTEXT 5 and packed using POWERPACKER
  27. PROFESSIONAL (on best), the text editor which is used for viewing is PPMORE,
  28. the picture viewer is PPSHOW.  To print out the picture you want, you must
  29. install the correct printer driver off your workbench extras disk for your
  30. printer, and adjust the preferances.  (I can't put them all on, there would
  31. be no space left for any docs), or unpack it using Power Packer Professional,
  32. and load it into DELUXE PAINT THREE etc.

  34.         If you type in, or just have any docs you can let me have, ST, PC,
  35. AMIGA, ARCHEMEDES or any other format, I can usually find a way of
  36. converting them, oldies or brand new (especially brand new!!) then contact
  37. me now!
  38.  
  39.         Good news for future disks is SHAGRATT has written a conversion
  40. program to turn APPLE-MAC scanned pictures (tiff) to IFF, and we now
  41. have access to one of these, so I can now put on maps, diagrams etc, but
  42. I need a source of originals, so send me your photocopies!
  43.  
  44.         We have to announce that two members of LSD have now left, due to
  45. mutual agreement; CTHULHU and BILLY BONE. We hope you are happy in future
  46. persuits.

  48.         We would like to welcome 2 new members, MUB and PAW, hope you are
  49. both happy with us!

  51.         As you may have noted from my other docs disks readme files, I was
  52. planning on relaeasing a jokes disk, well I have admitted defeat. I cant get
  53. 2 meg of them, so there's some of them on here, and I have a lot more, which
  54. will go on future docs disks.

  77. WRITE PROTECT, and SPREAD it. OK!.
